How it Works


Yes, it is an online challenge. Depending your performance in the online challenge you will be shortlisted for the recruitment drive.

If you are a 1 - 6 years of experience professional in building scalable web systems using modern technologies with a degree in Computer Science or similar degree, you can take the challenge.

It is an individual Challenge. You are expected to work on your own, however we will be there to guide you.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • We expect you to have an insatiable hunger towards learning new things and improving existing ones.
  • Completing a task with minimum supervision and attention to details is our culture and we look for the same in every engineer who is going to join us.
  • You will help us create the NestAway API services, NestAway payment systems that will serve to our growing set of users
  • You will work directly with the VP - Engineering owning all the product features you are responsible for

Pre-requisites:

  • 1 - 6 years of experience in building scalable web systems using modern technologies
  • A degree in Computer Science or similar is a plus but not mandatory

Must Have Experiences:

  • Outstanding engineering talent proven by great results, interesting hobby projects, open source contributions, or superior academic results
  • Knowledge of Ruby on Rails, Python or NodeJS
  • Fluent in writing well documented code, debugging and managing code base.
